Our objective is to ensure total control of the project by scheduling all activities, commencing from gathering of correct inputs, putting the right people to communicate with customers in various geographies.

Augen offers a unique program management initiative where our program manager has complete control of all activities from design to final part shipment. We ensure at every stage the tool development and final parts are in accordance to the customer approved GD/T drawing.

We focus on Communication

Going by our experience, we emphasise on accurate communication. Since most of projects are tightly time bound, gaps in communication create fire-fighting situations. To ensure that communication is clear, we appoint Key-account managers at our customer’s site who can speak the same language as that of the customer who and in-turn is our internal customer. The Key-account manage ensures smooth flow of data from the design stage and co-ordinates all customer approval and final part inspection activities.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Most of our project execution happens in Bangalore, India. Easy availability of good engineers from several training institutes makes it a hub for all kinds of tool development. We have a full suite of manufacturing capabilities like CNC, EDM, Grinders and Machining Centre etc. We also have Moulding Machines for plastics and presses for forming metal.
