Mr.Santosh S Lad
Chairman & President

Mr. Lad is the promoter of Augen Technologies which is a technology venture of his S Lad Group (www.sladgroup.com).

Originally from the iron ore industry, Mr. Lad is a partner in V. S. Lad & Sons which is one of the largest suppliers of iron ore in India. While his family has been in this business for 5 decades, Mr. Lad has diversified the mining business into Manufacture of Pig Iron and various other activities.

Mr. Lad has also successfully ventured into IT, Real Estate, the Entertainment industry and Aviation. His businesses include several IT firms, an Air Cargo company, Real Estate development firms, Movie and TV production companies, Online Entertainment portals and Clubs.

Well known for his philanthropy, Mr. Lad has conducted many free Eye Camps and Blood Donation Camps in and around his village. He pays school fees for all students studying at Government Schools in Sandur Taluk.

Mr. Prashant Kundap
Managing Director

Mr. Kundap is the founder of Augen Technologies and he provides the strategic vision and execution speed to the organization. He brings with him more than 10 years of CAD experience in the field of Automotive Design and Aerospace with a good mix of functional & technical expertise. Prior to joining Augen Technologies, Mr. Kundap has worked with some of the best engineering services companies in the Europe and the United States. He has had good exposure to BIW fixture design, Welding Fixture Design, Tooling and Manufacturing fields of engineering. He also has strong Aerospace knowledge and has worked on many Airbus Programs.

Mr. Kundap holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering..

Mr. Sandeep N. Hattiholi
Vice President Global Sales & Marketing

Mr. Hattiholi has been associated with the automotive industry for the last 10 years in diverse roles; from automotive business writing, to market research to leading a tier 2 supplier in India. In his current role as the Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, which is responsible for bring Augen’s high value services and expertise to the global market, he is building strategic business relationships based on enabling our customers' success.

Mr. Hattiholi holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters' in Business Administration.

Mr. Laurent Paul
Head of Sales - France

Mr. Laurent Paul is vastly experienced in the automotive industry in Europe. He speaks French and English. He has held various positions including CEO and Director of Sales in Transfert Industries in which he was a partner. The company was taken over by Euraltech Ti Ensemblier where he has been the Managing director and Member of the Board Directly in charge of Sales.

Mr. Sai Yalamanchi
Head of Sales and Marketing - North America

Mr. Sai Yalamanchi heads North American Sales and Marketing for Augen Technologies and is based in Dallas,TX.

Mr. Sai has over fifteen years of executive experience in providing information technology solutions and Engineering/IT services outsourcing for Aerospace, Automotive and General Engineering industries across the world. Prior to joining Augen Technologies in Feb 2008, he has worked as Regional Manager for Aerospace at HCL, vice president-sales for Automotive at Satyam Venture Engineering Services for over 6 years and as an industry manager for Tata Elxsi until 1998 before moving to US.

He holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and MBA.
